Job Opportunity: Part-time Accounting Administrative Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-time Accounting Administrative Associate to join our team at Kelly Professional & Industrial. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in Rochester, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
  • Work with vendors to resolve payment issues and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of related experience in accounting or administrative support
  • Intermediate to advanced level Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with SAP and Peoplesoft preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
