Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
  • Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Facilitate crowd management during busy periods and special events.
  • Address disturbances or conflicts with professionalism and composure.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting guests and addressing their questions or concerns.
