The Room Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. As a Room Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their stay.

Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms for new arrivals, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Restock housekeeping carts with cleaning supplies, linens, and other essentials.
  • Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms and hallways, and replace with fresh supplies.
  • Keep public areas, hallways, and closets clean and tidy, including vacuuming and dusting.
  • Report any maintenance issues or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Handle lost and found items according to company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the hotel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
