We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will utilize your consultative selling skills to understand the unique needs of each caller and provide personalized solutions that align with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle high volumes of outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to introduce and sell our membership packages.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to understand the unique needs of each caller and provide personalized solutions.
  • Close sales by turning conversations into successful sales and satisfied homeowners.
  • Maintain call quality by adhering to call center protocols and delivering excellent service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking time to develop rapport with customers and following up on their needs.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A strong drive to deliver sales and a positive attitude with a gift for resiliency.
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Compensation: Hourly training pay offered during training, followed by a lucrative commission plan.
