Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Imricor Medical Systems Inc. in Germany. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining long-term recurring revenue through sales, developing and maintaining optimal customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, as well as develop new customers in collaboration with the direct supervisor.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers.
  • Address customers' inquiries and technical issues to optimize both the quality of the performance of Imricor's products and develop and strengthen internal and external relationships.
  • Monitor consumables for validity and actual use at customer site to maximize sales and ensure business continuity.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Track sales performance and provide comprehensive reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Provide case coverage with basic clinical and technical support.
  • Develop strategies in cooperation with direct supervisor to facilitate the enhancement of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to Imricor's CRM, including records of deals, meetings, cases, emails, and other critical customer information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, medical device industry with proven results preferred.
  • Sales cycle/process knowledge required.
  • Experience with a CRM system required.
  • Experience in Cardiology preferred.
  • Ability to travel 80% with a valid driver's license and passport.
  • Ability to speak English fluently and speak the local territory language fluently.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Driven, ambitious, and self-starter.
Working Conditions
  • Light work, exerting up to 20 lbs. of force or less.
  • 80% Travel to Customers and working in hospitals.
  • 20% Working at home office.
  • Significant work pace and pressure due to deadlines.
