Insurance Sales Representative

Job Description:
As a key member of the Matthew Olson - State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for marketing and selling insurance and financial products to customers. Your primary goal will be to educate customers about their insurance options and work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
* Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
* Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
* Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree
* Must be able to obtain relevant insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong mathematical skills.
* Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a close-knit office environment.
