Job Title: Sales ConsultantResponsibilities:
  • Provide expert product knowledge to address customer inquiries and concerns
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Engage with customers throughout the product fitting process, providing personalized support and guidance
  • Resolve guest issues in a polite and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on all sales made to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
  • Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and effectively
  • Make sales and set up appointments over the phone, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Achieve company sales productivity standards, driving business growth and success
  • Promote new company programs and offerings, staying up-to-date on the latest products and services
  • Restock merchandise, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college education preferred
  • Experience with commission-based sales or retail experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with one-on-one sales presentations, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekends, with a flexible schedule
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Competitive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales role
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing
