Job Opportunity

Tri-State Bobcat, a leading provider of compact equipment, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join their team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing existing and prospective customer accounts, developing long-term partnerships, and promoting Tri-State Bobcat's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of Tri-State Bobcat's equipment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize company-provided systems and tools to track and record sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to provide informed sales support.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
