Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients, potential clients, and bank personnel through face-to-face, email, and telephone communications:
- Engage with all clients visiting the branch
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Maintain a thorough understanding of banking operations pertinent to the position:
- Follow established procedures to mitigate banking risks
- Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Review designated reports daily as needed
- Complete operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Act as the primary contact for new account openings:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of bank products and service fees to address client needs or direct them appropriately
- Build and sustain relationships with the relationship management team and internal departments
- Understand account ownership and required documentation as per regulations
- Accurately input account details into relevant systems during the account creation process
- Process teller transactions with accuracy and speed:
- Manage cash drawer in accordance with bank policies
- Assist in training new team members under the supervision of management if necessary
- Perform any additional assigned tasks and special projects
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience
- Experience in cash handling, customer service, and new account management is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is beneficial
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to engage with clients and exhibit professionalism
