The Watergate Hotel is actively seeking skilled guest experience agents to enhance our vibrant call center team.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant hotel experience as a call center agent or PBX operator is essential; candidates with a background in luxury hospitality will be highly regarded, or at least 2 years in a high-volume call center with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems for over a year is necessary.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette is crucial; candidates must convey warmth and positivity over the phone to elevate our guests' experiences.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and excellent follow-up skills are required.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is important, including availability for early mornings, late nights, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Outstanding communication skills are mandatory, with fluency in English required; bilingual candidates will be favored.
  • A high school diploma is necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office, Excel, and Word is required; familiarity with hotel-specific software (such as Opera, hotSOS, etc.) is a plus.
