About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Onsite Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Concordance Healthcare Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face customer service support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process and verify the accuracy of orders, utilizing our resolution reports to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate day-to-day customer needs, providing excellent service, problem resolution, and open communication.
  • Resolve product or service problems, utilizing product knowledge to assist customers with questions and ensure they receive the items that best suit their needs.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and other company personnel and departments to resolve order-related issues.
  • Assist with maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of standards, policies, and procedures regarding customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous customer service and/or distribution experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and ability to learn our internal computer system.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and customer service-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
