About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Mobile Sales Associate to join our team at MetroPCS. As a Mobile Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide personalized product recommendations and demonstrations to customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish
