Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture working relationships with clients, including buyers, sellers, and management firms.
  • Foster a collaborative atmosphere as a liaison between agents and various departments, such as Marketing and Listings.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to agents, including document preparation, correspondence, and general office tasks.
  • Assist agents in managing listings, including uploading photos and addressing client inquiries.
  • Ensure all work products adhere to established standards and consistency.
  • Prepare and produce marketing materials for client presentations, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
  • Update property listings and manage open house schedules.
  • Support special projects as required.
  • Welcome clients and coordinate meetings.
  • Organize property showings and host open houses.
  • Conduct client credit checks.
  • Prepare and present property listings to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, floor plans, virtual staging, and other vendor services to facilitate property sales.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker license in New York.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor with outstanding communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF Converter, and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively utilize reSOURCE/Listings Systems, Board Packager, and Pilot.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle sensitive organizational information responsibly.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
