About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Sales Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our store-in-store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication skills to educate and showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on new skills, products, and processes.
  • Collaborate with nearby store locations to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and building relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, with a preference for retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
