**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Associate to join our dynamic team at Butler Machinery Company. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our parts inventory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Procure and fulfill customer and service department orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Organize and maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory of machinery parts
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our product lines and service standards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with service and sales departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prioritize and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail parts sales or inventory management preferred
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
  • Proficient with computer technology and inventory management systems
