We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Butler Machinery Company. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling customer and service department orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering positive relationships with colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Procure and fulfill customer and service department orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including stocking and receiving of machinery parts
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product lines and service standards
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with service and sales departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prioritize and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient and safe storage and retrieval of inventory
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail parts sales or inventory management preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Proficient in computer technology, including inventory management software and other relevant systems
