Compensation for the Yard Operations Specialist: $23.10 to 28.35 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

The role encompasses a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Conducting maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agricultural machinery and systems.
  • Exhibiting troubleshooting skills across all diesel technology systems and components, such as hydraulics, electrical systems, and power trains.
  • Availability for overtime as workload necessitates (overtime is compensated at 1.5 times your hourly rate for hours exceeding 8 per day).
  • Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team.
  • Committing to continuous learning and training to stay current with industry standards and product updates.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel to various Butler and customer locations.
  • Performing other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of mechanical principles.
  • Must possess valid work authorization and be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
