Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and control of plant operations and building renovations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or maintenance, with experience in management and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate existing programs, services, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor the flow and quality of work to ensure timely completion of workload and adherence to facility standards.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including the utilities energy savings program.
  • Manage and ensure regulatory compliance with relevant agencies, including the Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, and others.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to staff.
  • Monitor work performance and prepare performance evaluations for personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent training and experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of engineering or maintenance experience, including some management experience.
  • Extraordinary customer service and quality attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
