The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in steering the marketing initiatives of the department while providing essential support to the Marketing Manager in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector is advantageous.

Key Competencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management abilities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage various concurrent projects while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Consistent adherence to departmental branding guidelines.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the marketing request process, ensuring tasks are allocated to the appropriate team members and completed promptly. Provide updates on request statuses and follow up for additional information as necessary.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials with external vendors and internal teams, ensuring proper distribution across departments.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of marketing materials, ensuring all items are current.
  • Generate innovative ideas, process enhancements, and technological solutions to elevate the team's capabilities.
  • Update promotional displays throughout the facility.
  • Perform administrative duties, including managing phone calls, checking voicemails, and responding to emails.
  • Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to alternate between sitting and standing as needed.
  • Capability to lift or carry items.
  • Proficient in data entry using a standard keyboard.
  • Ability to crouch, stoop, or kneel.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs or ramps.
