- Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses to identify critical functions and resources
- Collaborate with senior management to prioritize business continuity efforts and allocate resources effectively
- Establish and lead a crisis management team to respond to emergencies and disruptions
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, communication strategies, and recovery operations
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on business continuity plans and procedures
- Foster a culture of preparedness and resilience throughout the organization
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to business continuity and disaster recovery
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field (required); Master's degree (preferred)
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, or a related field, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role
- Knowledge base and experience should include disaster recovery planning and crisis mitigation (required)
- Basic to intermediate familiarity with business continuity software and tools, as well as basic IT infrastructure knowledge (preferred)
- Salary of $145,000-$181,000/year depending on experience

- Remote work environment with up to 15% travel
