Job Title: Business Development and Sales Support Director

At Tango, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development and Sales Support Director to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales execution. This key role will report to the Chief Growth Officer and be responsible for establishing Tango as a market leader and valued partner to its customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy, including prioritization of markets for growth and sales playbook.
  2. Manage the overall sales pipeline across internal staff, board members, and business development partners.
  3. Accountable for tracking and reporting on value creation/business targets related to sales KPIs.
  4. Leverage market research and direct outreach to maintain pipeline.
  5. Create external conference and speaking engagement strategy and materials for business development.
  6. Provide customer feedback to internal teams on areas of product development.
  7. Lead initiatives to drive awareness, conversion, and contract negotiation with target plans, presenting company solutions in front of relevant audiences.
  8. Profitably grow revenue for the business.
  9. Prepare accurate and timely reports on overall progress and customer satisfaction.
  10. Produce board sales reports.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Previous sales and/or sales management required.
  3. Previous business development experience required.
  4. Must possess understanding of healthcare, healthcare insurance strongly desired.
  5. 8+ years of work experience.
  6. Must have a strong knowledge of Medicare preferred.
  7. Demonstrated track record of consultatively selling a complex set of services.
  8. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented; closely knows the pipeline and project status.
  9. A producer with high work ethic and focused loyalty to the company's success.
  10. Demonstrated curiosity in problem-solving and resolution.
  11. Critical thinking, strategy, high level of social and emotional intelligence.
  12. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  13. Knowledge of Sales Force.
Additional Information:
  1. This position can be remote.
  2. This position will travel for meetings.
  3. There is no commission for this position.
