At The Hire Standard, we're on the hunt for a seasoned Account Executive to join our team and propel our mission forward. As a vital member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with Customer Support Specialists to ensure customer expectations soar beyond the stratosphere.
About the Role- Consistently identify and prospect new, current, and past corporate accounts through strategic outreach and business networking channels.
- Attend industry events to broaden knowledge, contacts, and presence.
- Effectively present, position, and articulate the value of our company.
- Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Negotiate scope and price on training engagements.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
- A master of organization and a relentless learner, always hungry for new challenges.
- A client champion, dedicated to surpassing expectations and driving success.
- A juggling extraordinaire, mastering tasks effortlessly with a flair for self-management.
- A collaborative dynamo, thriving both in team settings and as a solo performer.
- A holder of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with academic prowess fueling your ambition.
- A seasoned SDR or Account Executive with at least 2 years of exhilarating experience.
- A previous stint in L&D or HR? Even better, your diverse background adds spice to your story.
- A wordsmith extraordinaire, with communication skills that dazzle both on paper and in person.
- A CRM wizard, transforming data into insights and opportunities.
- Fueled by ambition, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- An OTE of $130-140K per year (base starting at 75-80K).
