Metro Aviation, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Air Ambulance Pilot to join our team. As a key member of our flight operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients and medical personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a variety of aircraft, including the EC145, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft.
  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control, medical personnel, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including flight logs and maintenance records.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • FAA Commercial Pilot Rotorcraft Certificate and Instrument Helicopter Rating (Airline Transport Pilot Rotorcraft Preferred)
  • FAA 1st Class Medical REQUIRED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum 2,000 hours of total flight time, with 1,200 hours of helicopter flight time and 1,000 hours of Pilot-in-Command helicopter time
  • Experience in air medical operations, single-pilot IFR operations, and night vision goggle operations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Air Medical operations experience
  • Single Pilot IFR operations experience
  • Night Vision Goggle operations experience
