As a Junior Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our esteemed clientele and their customer base. Your primary objective will be to create and sustain brand visibility, driving sales pipeline growth through exceptional customer experience.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

  1. Deliver compelling presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services, and navigating the sales process to close deals.

  2. Provide unparalleled customer service, ensuring seamless interactions both internally and externally.

  3. Meet and exceed sales targets, adhering to our Quality Assurance Department's standards.

  4. Become an expert on our clients' products, services, sales processes, and new technologies.

  5. Track, analyze, and manage sales projections on a daily and weekly basis.

  6. Collaborate with our Quality Assurance Department to identify and address sales activity challenges, driving business growth and improvements.

 

**Requirements:**

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, high-energy environment.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
