Job Title: Store Manager

MCM Worldwide is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee sales and performance of the store, ensuring maximum sales and margin goals are met.
  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement business strategies, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are maintained, applying strategies to deliver exceptional results.
  • Analyze and manage sell-through, identifying market trends and product availability to maximize productivity.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, driving sales and achieving store results through effective training, coaching, and motivational activities.
  • Consistently demonstrate accountability and leadership, managing the shop and its employees, and providing a professional work environment.
  • Create a dynamic environment with superlative customer service standards, ensuring the shop and staff are inviting, professional, and knowledgeable on product and related company information.
  • Portray the company and brand with integrity, demonstrating outstanding leadership skills.
  • Maintain an active social relationship with clients and the community, understanding market needs and changes.
  • Remain in compliance with operational and company policies and procedures, ensuring all policies are enforced.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing operational costs and balancing budgetary expenses in a cost-efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or Business preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in retail management, with luxury experience preferred.
  • Experience in specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Ability to navigate retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
  • Strong leadership qualities, ability to coach, and develop a high-performing team.
