Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Help Desk Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering first-level technical support to clients, addressing help desk requests with efficiency.
  • Managing Active Directory, focusing on user and group management, security, and configuration.
  • Administering Office 365 services, including email and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software, hardware, and networks.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
