Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Mountain View Funeral Home. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations throughout the client family life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master files, including creating and providing copies, merging and duplicating, and scanning into our HMIS system.
- Manage a high-volume telephone system, handling calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Verify the accuracy of invoices before forwarding them to the accounts payable department.
- Assist with the preparation and ordering of materials needed by leadership, such as park brochures, business cards, and training materials.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in computer software, including Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, and HMIS.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Capacity to learn new software and tasks.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
