Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Peer Support Specialist to provide clinical services to clients receiving ACT team services. This includes service coordination, symptom assessment and management, and providing expertise to the team to promote a culture of respect and integration into treatment and community activities.

Carolina Outreach, a leading provider of community-based behavioral services, is committed to providing service excellence to children and adults through a comprehensive program array. Our services include evidence-based practices, school-based and outpatient therapy, psychiatric evaluations and treatment, and community support services.

As a Peer Support Specialist, you will assist in identifying, planning, and implementing services for clients, develop transition plans, and act as an advocate in the community. You will also provide written documentation, including treatment notes and goals, and be available to respond to clients and co-workers as needed.
