Job Title: Director of Human Resources

TRITECH Communications Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our executive team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives
  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Lead the annual benefits renewal process and initiate the open enrollment period
  • Manage health insurance broker Gallagher to negotiate and maximize benefits contracts
  • Ensure compliance with employment, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements
  • Develop and maintain HR systems and databases to streamline HR processes and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
  • Manage Disability and Workers Compensation claims
  • Manage Paid Family Leave and FMLA for employees taking leave
  • Manage the Commuter Benefit process
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least five years of human resource management experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
