Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Kaztronix. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating HR and external training, maintaining files, and providing administrative support to the recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR and external training programs, including logistics and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting function, including data entry and reporting.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and HR-related training.
  • Assist with vendor registration and contract management.
  • Update HRIS systems and other databases as needed.
  • Process and track invoices for payment and budget tracking.
  • Complete monthly indicator reporting and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year office experience, preferably in Human Resources.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute assigned duties independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
