**Job Title:** Human Resource Manager - Restaurant Operations

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Gecko New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee communications
  • Administer benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) and other retirement plans
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, workers' compensation, and employment laws
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Manage employee data and maintain accurate records

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the restaurant industry
