Responsibilities

Daily Activities Include:

  • Maintaining accurate records of claims and client communications.
  • Communicating professionally with clients, colleagues, management, and governmental agencies.
  • Conducting high-level internet research to assess the viability of claims.
  • Providing comprehensive case management services, including intake assessments and progress monitoring.
  • Acting as a liaison on all cases, including those requiring in-depth research.
  • Monitoring case progress and obtaining additional resources as needed.
  • Offering administrative support to the Lead for the Return Assets Division.
Requirements

What It Takes:

We seek a detail-oriented, fact-finding professional dedicated to accuracy and excellence. This is a full-time in-person/hybrid role reporting to the Lead for the Return Assets Division.

Minimum Required:

  • Associate degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in legal or claims processing.
  • Strong client relations skills and understanding of case management processes.
  • Experience with various communication techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and case management systems.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
  • Strong integrity to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive demeanor with a proactive attitude.
  • Self-motivated and dependable.
  • Ability to take ownership of work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Paralegal certificate.
  • CRM experience.
  • Tech-savvy.
