  • Transaction Management: Prepare and finalize documentation for various transactions, including equity and debt financing, unit options, and profit unit grants.
  • Corporate Documentation: Act as a key resource for essential corporate documents such as Asset Purchase Agreements and Stock Purchase Agreements.
  • Governance Oversight: Proactively track and coordinate governance requirements for the Board of Directors while maintaining alignment with the Capitalization Table.
  • Varied Responsibilities: Engage in a diverse array of legal-related tasks as they arise, demonstrating readiness to confront new challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 7 years as a paralegal with a solid foundation in project management and records management. Experience in accounting is advantageous.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. A self-motivated individual who excels with minimal oversight.
