Amentum is currently seeking a Senior Operations Support Specialist to provide essential assistance at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, focusing on the Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics Army (PM IS&A) and the Joint Tactical Terminal (JTT) program.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Deliver comprehensive support services aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. This includes:

+ Monitoring special duty and ad hoc tasks.

+ Overseeing facilities management coordination.

+ Aiding in security operations, including access management to the program office and SCIF.

+ Managing office security duties such as issuing building badges and processing visitor requests.

+ Submitting service requests or tickets as needed.

+ Drafting and revising scenarios for operational planning and emergency preparedness.

+ Compiling quarterly and annual reports.

+ Engaging in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and coordination meetings.

+ Supporting the Project Manager in high-level meetings.

+ Ensuring the safeguarding and proper handling of Government materials.

+ Coordinating and scheduling meetings; participating in regular meetings; documenting meeting minutes.

+ Providing general administrative support for conferences, meetings, and Town Halls; preparing related documents and correspondence.

+ Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.

+ Facilitating required training and tracking compliance with professional development training requirements.

+ Supporting fellow administrative and operations staff with office procedures, ensuring they are informed of updates regarding correspondence, messages, reports, forms, filing, training, travel security, and personnel processes.

Required Qualifications:

+ A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in providing administrative support for conferences, meetings, and Town Halls; preparation of related documents is essential; an additional five (5) years of relevant experience may substitute for education.

+ Attention to detail with strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

+ Familiarity with AR 25-50 regarding document formatting and proofreading, including meeting invitations and memorandums.

+ Experience managing tasks from higher headquarters, including sending original taskers, reminding responsible individuals of deadlines, collecting completed tasks, and closing out assignments. Direct experience with the HQDA Task Management Tool is preferred.

+ Proven ability to produce Situational Reports (SITREPS) and briefing materials.

+ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe software.

+ Experience with MIRARs or similar accounting systems; experience as a SharePoint administrator is advantageous.

+ Knowledge of office security tasks, including building badge issuance and visitor management; experience with DISS is a plus.

+ A valid US Government Secret Clearance is required; US Citizenship is necessary to obtain this clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
