As a dedicated logistics management professional, you will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing logistics management operations. Your proactive nature and exceptional communication abilities will be essential as you lead a team. Your innovative thinking will be vital in planning, coordinating, and assessing the implementation of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for complex weapon systems that incorporate new and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply your expertise in the principles and practices of IPS functions across various acquisition programs, including maintenance planning, personnel management, supply support, and training.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of product support strategies and packages, focusing on the planning, coordination, and evaluation of IPS for both hardware and software acquisition programs.
  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and production assistance for acquisition logistics management activities, including the creation of logistics documentation and the assessment of regulatory requirements for equipment and software deployment.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in integrated logistics support, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Active Secret US Government Clearance is required; US Citizenship is necessary to maintain this clearance.
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) or Army program office related to weapon systems.
  • Experience in presenting information to senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of a current U.S. passport.
  • DAWIA Level I, II, or III certification in Acquisition Lifecycle Logistics.
  • Familiarity with various documentation and activities, including:
  • Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
  • Demilitarization and Disposal Plans
  • Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans
  • Materiel Fielding Plans (MFP)
  • Core Depot Assessments (CDAs)
  • Analysis of Product Support Alternatives (APSAs)
  • Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Plans
  • Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
  • Material Release/Type Classification Packages
  • Basis of Issue Plan Feeder Data (BOIPFD)
  • Technical Manuals and Training Support Packages
  • Logistics Demonstrations
