About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Account Executive to join our team at Upserve. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for our restaurant management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Conduct in-depth industry research and analysis to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality sales role with a proven track record of success
  • Familiarity with full lifecycle sales process management and solution-based consultative sales
  • Experience using Salesforce or comparable CRM to manage and organize pipeline
  • Professional poise and confidence in communicating with executives and customers
  • Strong work ethic and self-driven desire to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
