Job Opportunity

Green Bear Solutions is seeking a seasoned Field Sales Manager to spearhead our sales growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales expansion, building strong client relationships, and leading a dynamic team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase our client base
  • Lead a high-performing team of sales representatives, empowering them to achieve sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
  • Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and support to enhance sales representative performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional client service
  • Analyze sales data and trends to optimize sales effectiveness
  • Monitor sales activities and performance, providing regular updates to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in home sales
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
