Job Summary

Bella Trix Fortis LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist/CSR to provide exceptional support across all departments. This role is pivotal in enhancing tenant and owner satisfaction through efficient process management and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for Bella Trix Fortis LLC, providing essential support across all departments.
  • Facilitate communication between staff, tenants, and owners, ensuring smooth operation of scheduling and management tasks.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, ensuring smooth operation of the office and support functions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal impact on service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments, contributing positively to the team environment and company culture.
Requirements
  • Bilingual, with the ability to speak and write proficiently in both English & Spanish.
  • Proficiency in office software, scheduling tools, and property management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with tenants, owners, vendors, and team members.
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in scheduling, documentation, and process management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
