Job Summary

The Director of Sales will be responsible for setting pricing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth, while supervising a team of Sales Consultants. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
    • Set pricing and product positioning to drive sales growth
    • Supervise and mentor a team of Sales Consultants
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate daily with Sales Consultants to discuss sales performance, product knowledge, and corporate initiatives
    • Disseminate sales, marketing, and product information to the sales team
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor sales activity and provide regular feedback to Sales Consultants
    • Conduct monthly sales meetings to review performance and set goals
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed
  • Market Analysis and Research
    • Conduct market analysis to determine customer needs and preferences
    • Review market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Other Duties
    • Assist in the development of sales training programs
    • Participate in special events and promotions to drive sales growth
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in new home sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Real Estate license required
