Key Responsibilities
  • Registration and Payment Processing: Register bidders, process payments, and handle other sale-related activities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Support: Provide customers with information regarding fee structures, payment methods, and other relevant details.
  • Technical Support: Assist customers with registering online, navigating our auxiliary platforms, and using our services.
  • Administrative Support: File, photocopy, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Communication: Answer phones, respond to customer courtesy calls, and maintain open communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Safety and Security: Uphold the Ritchie Bros. commitment to safety by taking personal responsibility for your safety and the safety of your team, colleagues, and customers.
Requirements
