Job Title:

Director of B2B Marketing Strategy

Job Summary:

The Director of B2B Marketing Strategy will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive engagement, sales, and loyalty programs for Time Manufacturing Company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies that enhance relationships and drive sales performance.
  2. Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and optimize lead generation efforts.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
  4. Design and execute VIP programs that reward high-value customers and enhance brand loyalty.
  5. Create and manage comprehensive loyalty programs that incentivize repeat business and customer engagement.
  6. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including digital content, brochures, and promotional materials that support sales initiatives.
  7. Lead the development of channel marketing strategies that optimize product visibility and sales across various distribution channels.
  8. Articulate clear and compelling value propositions for products and services that resonate with target audiences.
  9. Work closely with product management and sales teams to ensure alignment on messaging and positioning.
  10. Establish metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, providing regular reports and insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or related roles with a focus on commercial strategies in manufacturing and loyalty program development.

Proven experience in creating effective pitch decks and marketing materials that drive engagement and sales.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in marketing software and tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
