Position: Seasonal Leasing Specialist

We are in search of a motivated and customer-oriented Seasonal Leasing Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will serve as the primary contact for prospective and current residents, playing a vital role in the leasing process, move-ins, and resident engagement. You will also contribute to organizing and participating in resident activities, fostering a positive and engaging community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
  • Conduct property tours, showcase available units, and promote property amenities to achieve sales goals and maintain occupancy levels.
  • Manage all aspects of apartment leasing and move-ins, including screening applicants and preparing lease agreements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of resident events and community activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market and drive prospect generation through effective marketing and follow-up strategies.
  • Address resident service requests and collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Inspect model units, vacancies, and community grounds to uphold cleanliness and report any maintenance needs.
  • Support the management of site social media channels and keep accurate resident records.
  • Process lease applications, verify applicant information, and communicate decisions to prospective residents.
  • Organize and maintain necessary reports, leases, and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred minimum of two years in sales or leasing roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or Yardi is a plus.
  • High School Diploma required; Real Estate License is a plus.
