About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a clinical leader in the healthcare industry. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in our outpatient dialysis center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment.
- Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:
