DaVita is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
  • Work closely with patients and their families to educate them on disease management and treatment options

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
