Job Overview

Luxury Home Magazine Charlotte is on the lookout for a skilled advertising account manager to enhance our sales team. We are in search of a dynamic sales professional who will represent our prestigious media offerings with integrity and excellence, aspiring to become a key player in our organization.

The ideal candidate will share our commitment to providing top-tier marketing solutions for our clientele, collaborating with real estate agents, developers, and other luxury-oriented business professionals to help them realize their marketing ambitions across today's most impactful platforms. Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing and nurturing exceptional relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Acting as a consultative sales partner to help identify, articulate, and comprehend clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, aligning them with suitable products and services.
  • Delivering compelling presentations to prospective and current clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Exhibiting strong leadership capabilities and being an influential communicator.
  • Maintaining excellent business relationships to ensure ongoing sales and client retention.
  • Representing the company brand throughout the market with a commitment to excellence, robust distribution, and networking.

We seek a results-oriented sales representative who proactively seeks out and engages potential clients. The essence of this role lies in building relationships. You will represent and provide comprehensive and tailored solutions for each client, focusing on delivering the most appropriate solutions to meet their unique requirements.

  • Experience in email marketing and social media is advantageous but not essential.
  • An energetic, proactive attitude with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • A tenacious individual who remains solution-focused when challenges arise.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and practices, along with excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in developing strong, effective professional relationships.
