About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Luxury Home Magazine Charlotte. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients, serving in an advisory sales capacity to help define, articulate, and understand clients' needs, goals, and challenges, and effectively presenting to prospective/current clients, both in person and virtually.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure future sales and retention
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Empathy and ability to connect with clients
  • Expert prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver influential presentations tailored to audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent is ideal but not required. Will train the right person.
  • Ability to network and build professional relationships with business owners, CEOs, etc.
  • Experience with Email Marketing/Social Media is preferred but not required
  • An energetic, enterprising, "can-do-anything" attitude with a professional, polished demeanor
  • This person is tenacious and never gives up. When problems arise, focuses on the solution.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM tools + practices, with excellent follow up and organization skills
  • Expert at building strong, effective professional relationships
