Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team at Synagro. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional administrative services in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support of a moderately complex and confidential nature.
  • Manage and coordinate business travel, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Process and track vendor invoices for payment, and assist with identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Enter material load information for client billing and compliance reporting.
  • Track financial items, including expenses, revenue, and inventory.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve administrative processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern technology.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
