About the Role

Burns Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Marketing/Business Development Representative to join our client's team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in promoting home health programs and services while maintaining quality healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison between the agency and the community: Act as a liaison between the agency and the community regarding community and customer needs.
  • Program Development and Promotion: Develop and promote home health programs and services while maintaining quality healthcare standards.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, the public, and healthcare professionals.
  • Community Needs Assessment: Provide counsel to the agency regarding community needs and program development.
  • Policy Development: Collaborate on policy development for new programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to marketing.
  • Public Relations: Establish public relations programs to foster good working relationships with physicians and community agencies.
  • Additional Duties: Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited college/university preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in the healthcare arena.
  • Skills: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Self-starter, internally motivated, and able to handle stressful situations calmly and courteously.
