Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with K-12 school districts, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within K-12 school districts across target states and regions
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and sales process management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educators and administrators
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
