Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with K-12 school districts, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within K-12 school districts across target states and regions
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and sales process management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educators and administrators
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
