Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop interior finish plans, furniture layouts, and construction details using CAD and Revit software
  • Specify FF&E (soft and case goods) and work with commercial vendors to select high-quality materials
  • Travel to communities to shop, decorate, and set up model homes, ensuring a cohesive look and feel
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to review and provide design input on new projects
  • Work closely with operations and stakeholders to ensure design standards are met
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in residential, senior housing, or hospitality design
  • 4-year college degree in Interior Design (BIArch, BFA Interior Design)
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate multiple initiatives and teams
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
